About Watchgoose
Watchgoose is a hosted monitoring tool for cron jobs and other scheduled tasks. Teams create checks with an expected schedule, then send a heartbeat by HTTP request or email when a job runs. If a ping does not arrive within the configured grace window, Watchgoose marks the check as down and sends alerts through connected channels such as email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, webhooks, SMS, phone calls, PagerDuty, and Opsgenie. The product includes cron and calendar-based schedules, live status and ping logs, teams and projects, and a project-scoped API for automating check management.
