About tbf work
tbf work makes group cards for work: birthdays, work anniversaries, leaving and any day you add. How it works: 1. Add the date. Type it in, connect BambooHR, or start a card in Slack. 2. Choose who to ask. Import people from Slack or pick them. The manager can take anyone off or add anyone in, then send. 3. Everyone writes their own words through a link. tbf sends the invitation and one reminder by Slack or email. On the day, the person gets a link. No account needed. They read the messages one at a time. To keep them after the work email is gone, they can save the card in the tbf app. Who reads what: the person the card is for. A manager sees who wrote and when. An admin can open a card to everyone who wrote, or to the whole company. If somebody was let go, the card is held until an admin releases it. We never store why anyone left.
