SpriteGen is a browser-based toolkit for game creators who need pixel-art character animations and sprite sheets. Enter a character and action, choose a perspective and style, then preview the animation and download a transparent PNG sprite sheet. AI generations include free tries, with further generation available through paid credits. For manual work, the free pixel-art editor supports frame-by-frame drawing, onion-skin previews, and importing existing images. You can export a PNG, a sprite sheet, or a GIF. Separate utilities pack existing image frames into sheets and turn a GIF into sprite-sheet frames.
