About PDF Overlay
PDF Overlay is a browser-based PDF stamping tool that lets you add text, images, logos, watermarks, and Bates numbers to a PDF. Files are edited locally in the browser, with no upload step and no account required. It supports page selection, configurable overlays, reusable stamp settings, and sequential Bates numbering for legal documents. The original PDF is left unchanged and a new file is downloaded after editing.
