About Maina Voice
Maina Voice is a local-first, browser-based speech-to-text workbench. It lets users record audio in the browser or upload files, transcribe speech with their own API keys, and compare multiple engines side by side, including OpenAI GPT-Transcribe, Deepgram Nova-3, NVIDIA Parakeet, Fish Audio, and Groq Whisper. The app stores recordings, transcripts, versions, and settings in the browser's IndexedDB and supports export/import as ZIP backups. It is open source under the MIT license.
